Endometrial thickness Scan:

The Endometrium is the inner layer of the uterus where the baby is implanted. A minimum thickness of 6 mm is necessary for a successful pregnancy
The Endometrium grows each months after menstruation in response to Oestrogen hormone secreted by the growing follicle(s) or given externally. Measurement of the Endometrium is usually carried out in IUI, IVF or egg donation cycle.
