The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy was founded in 2004 and offers a full range of fertility treatments, including IVF, ICSI, IUI, donor insemination, and storage of eggs, sperm and embryos. Our team also has particular expertise in more complex fertility cases, including recurrent IVF failure and recurrent miscarriage, while providing compassionate, individualised support at every stage. You can find our success rates here.
Treatment is carried out in-house at our HFEA-licensed centre on Wimpole Street, with a state-of-the-art laboratory and operating theatre located just steps from the consultation rooms.
IVF for All is designed for patients who meet specific criteria. To be eligible* for IVF for All, you need to meet the following criteria:
If you don’t already have a recent AMH result, you can take advantage of our Couples Assessment Package for £600* (*offer only valid for IVF for All packages), which includes an initial consultation, AMH blood test and semen analysis.
An AMH test gives our fertility team an indication of your ovarian reserve (roughly how many eggs are available in your ovaries) and whether IVF for All is likely to be a suitable option for you. Having this information means we can give clearer and more personalised advice from the outset.
All packages include:
Our IVF + ICSI packages also include an ICSI surcharge.
While all essential medical, embryology, and lab fees are included, optional add-ons such as the following are not included in your package:
With standard IVF, eggs and sperm are placed together in the laboratory and fertilisation is allowed to happen naturally. With ICSI, an embryologist selects a single sperm and injects it directly into the egg to help fertilisation. ICSI may be recommended where there are concerns about male factor infertility.
At The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy, experienced embryologists carefully assess and select embryos using their clinical expertise and laboratory experience.
AI technology can then provide an additional, objective second opinion by analysing embryo development patterns, helping support decision-making and potentially improving the chances of selecting an embryo with the strongest likelihood of success.
No. AI is used as an additional tool to support the embryologist’s assessment, not to replace it. Our experienced embryologists remain responsible for evaluating embryos and making clinical decisions, while AI can provide an extra layer of analysis to help inform those decisions.
