Sharon Rabess
Sharon has managed The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy for the past four years, after much experience working in the medical sector – from the NHS to the Military and the private sector.
In addition to her invaluable knowledge of IVF and Immunology treatment, Sharon is a qualified phlebotomist, and holds an NVQ level 2, City & Guilds, along with an ILM in First Line Management. Sharon takes great pride in the meaningful relationships she has developed with patients throughout the years and is always happy to answer any questions with a smile.

Bena Shah
Bena has extensive experience in the private medical sector, including a decade of experience within fertility and gynaecological medicine.
She joined our team in 2021, and is a conscientious and hardworking member of the team. Bena has acquired awards for outstanding performance within financial administration. She takes pride in her work within the fertility sector and goes the extra mile to ensure that patient enquiries are dealt with sensitively and promptly. She is supportive and caring regarding patient care with great interpersonal skills.

Dana Jaber BA
With a bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, and a qualification in Community Interpreting, our Patient Administrator Dana is confident and proficient in communication with patients from a diverse range of backgrounds. She speaks four languages (see below), and can also communicate in basic Chinese.
Dana is responsible for registering new patients, and is often one of the first people you will speak to when you call The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy. She is always happy to help, whatever your query, and sees every day as a learning experience. On top of this, Dana takes pride in teamwork and going the extra mile.

Deniz Gorqaj
Deniz is a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is the newest member of The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy team, and has a bright, sunny disposition, bringing a positive and confident attitude to the clinic. Deniz is the first port of call for those calling the clinic and helps to direct patients to the most appropriate department for future investigations or treatments.
As a patient administrator, Deniz is responsible for ensuring patient confidentiality and maintaining patient files according to GDPR regulations. He also supports our administration team with the appointment booking system and finance. Deniz is always happy to help wherever he can.
