In the event of a patient cancelling with: More than 48hrs notice, the full amount will be refunded; between 24 and 48 hours notice, the full amount less the booking fee/deposit will be refunded; less than 24 hours notice or do not keep an appointment, FGA reserves the right to charge the full price for that appointment.
All patients will have a free of charge nurse consultation and discussion of treatment costing plan before they begin any treatment.
